Explore our heavy-duty, certified structural warehouse rack systems, optimized for maximum vertical space utilization and load capacities.
Navigating structural optimization, automated intelligence, and sustainable engineering in modern logistics infrastructure.
The global supply chain landscape is undergoing a massive transformation. As land prices rise and e-commerce demands call for rapid order fulfillment, modern warehousing is shifting away from traditional low-density storage toward high-density, vertical, and automated storage. Industrial bulk storage is no longer just about buying steel shelves; it is about deploying structural steel racking systems that function as an active nodes in supply chain optimization.
To make the most of every cubic meter of warehouse space, companies are focusing heavily on height. Standard systems are being replaced by high-bay pallet racking, multi-tier steel mezzanines, and AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) structures that can reach heights of over 30 meters. This vertical growth requires high manufacturing accuracy, stable load-bearing designs, and tight engineering tolerances. Through Finite Element Analysis (FEA), manufacturers can test steel structures for performance under extreme weight, dynamic stresses, and seismic activity before production begins.
The adoption of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) requires racking systems that can support these automated technologies. Rails must be level, vertical uprights must align precisely, and safety barriers need to protect the structural integrity of the racking from robotic traffic. Modern rack systems feature built-in guide rails, sensor brackets, and highly durable rack columns to support automated operations.
Global procurement teams are shifting focus from the initial purchase price to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Low-quality racking can lead to structural sagging, high maintenance costs, and safety issues that can halt warehouse operations. By using high-grade, cold-rolled structural steel (such as Q235B and Q355B) and applying multi-stage, anti-corrosive powder coatings, quality-focused factories ensure their systems deliver long-term durability, minimizing upkeep costs over decades of active use.

High-speed punching for adjustable connections.
Robotic spot welding for consistent connections.
Pre-assembly checks for structural alignment.
Electrostatic powder coating for anti-corrosion protection.
Physical load and surface verification.
Secured bundling for international shipping protection.
Custom-engineered racking layouts designed to resolve challenges in diverse operations.
Cold environments require steel that remains ductile at freezing temperatures. We utilize certified low-temperature grade steels coupled with specialized powder coatings to prevent micro-cracking and rust. This preserves structural strength in temperature-controlled spaces.
High throughput requires multi-tier mezzanine floors and adjustable boltless shelving. These structures optimize picking routes, keep stock organized, and adapt easily to changing seasonal demands.
Heavy raw materials require durable structural pallet racking. Our systems are built to withstand high load demands, using thick steel profiles and robust footplates to distribute weight safely to the concrete floor.
Consistent dimensions are essential for structural safety. We employ high-precision metrology tools to inspect every production batch.
Detailed CAD layout and FEA stress modeling before manufacturing.
Standardized quality audits conducted throughout the production process.
Precise verification of steel sheet thickness to 0.01mm accuracy.
Double-checking connector tolerances, hole spaces, and beam heights.
Our inspection process follows strict parameters. Before starting production, our quality control team tests the yield strength and chemical composition of incoming steel coils. During fabrication, we check welding penetration, monitor punch hole alignment, and verify powder coating thickness using digital coating gauges. Once production is complete, we perform random assembly load tests to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Our structures are engineered to comply with strict international regulatory codes.
Designed in accordance with the Rack Manufacturers Institute specifications, ensuring reliable safety factors and resistance to seismic forces in North American facilities.
Fully compliant with steel storage racking standards in Australia, including regular deflection audits and safety warning sign provisions.
Complies with the European Federation of Materials Handling (FEM 10.2.02) codes, utilizing limit state design methodologies to ensure stability.
Our commitment to structural innovation, sustainable manufacturing, and integrated warehouse systems.
Hui Lian is committed to advancing the design and function of industrial racking. Over the next five years, our engineering and R&D teams will focus on three main areas of innovation:
Key information regarding structural load capacities, material selections, safety codes, and customization.
Q235B and Q355B are carbon structural steels widely used in roll-formed racking. Q235B offers a yield strength of 235 MPa and is suitable for standard light-to-medium-duty storage. Q355B has a higher yield strength of 355 MPa, making it the preferred choice for heavy-duty pallet racks, high-bay installations, and seismically active zones.
Deflection is the temporary bending of rack beams under load. Under FEM and RMI standards, the maximum allowable deflection for beams is limited to L/200 (where L is the beam length). Keeping deflection within this limit prevents structural fatigue and stops pallets from sliding out of alignment during loading.
We offer two main options: electrostatic powder coating for indoor dry warehouses, and hot-dip galvanizing for cold storage, humid environments, and outdoor applications.
The process begins with obtaining the warehouse layout drawings, slab specifications, forklift configurations, and loading parameters. Our R&D team generates 2D CAD models and 3D FEA stress simulations. After approval, the engineering blueprints are sent directly to our automated roll-forming and production lines.
